Who We Are
Thrive Diagnostics is a forward-thinking biomedical testing company providing comprehensive blood testing services for individuals, corporate clients, wellness practitioners, and pharmacies expanding into health and wellbeing services. Our mission is to support proactive health management by identifying both general health markers and potential underlying issues early. This approach allows for timely lifestyle changes and informed decision making before more serious conditions begin to develop.
Thrive was founded by Ryszard Kowalski and Sallie Redman, who share a commitment to accessible and preventative diagnostics. Through their collaboration with local healthcare providers, they recognised a growing need for high quality private testing. This insight led to the creation of Thrive Diagnostics and the establishment of a dedicated laboratory built to meet this demand.
Their combined expertise includes co-founding MediLab Ltd, following Ryszard’s work with OpenCell and PCR testing for the States of Jersey.
Sallie has extensive experience in the island’s finance sector, and is also an experienced massage and reflexology therapist, working alongside local companies providing workplace seated massage through her business Incorporate Support.
After three years of growth and development at MediLab, Ryszard and Sallie decided to take their work in a new direction, guided by a clear vision for the future of diagnostics. Thrive is the result of that vision: a brand built on precision, integrity, and the belief that early insight plays a key role in achieving better long-term health outcomes.
Conveniently based within Strive Health Club in St Peter, Thrive Diagnostics is ideally positioned to support the local community on their health and wellbeing journey.
